All orders are packaged and shipped on a first ordered, first come basis. The only exception is if your order contains a preorder item. If you need your order shipped by a certain day, please include a note in your order.
All shipments include tracking by default. Shipping time is estimated to take 3-11 business days after packing depending on your location.
Please be aware tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive your tracking information since Canada Post/USPS needs to scan the packages individually before they're officially on route. The shop is located in a pet-friendly home. Although all products are kept seperately from pets, those with cat allergies should ensure products are washed/wiped down before use/wear.
